   Evergreen Indian Restaurant prepares authentic and traditional cuisine from India fresh daily. We started in 1999 in Corvallis, when Meeraali Shaik saw a need for authentic Indian food in the town. Ali first came to the United States in 1990 after being a chef for many years  in India.

Enjoy our new location in Eugene! We also do catering .

During lunch, Evergreen provides an economic, but filling buffet full of a variety of items. Their dinner is much different however, with a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent service it is a great place to go after a hard days work, or a romantic evening for two. Traditional Indian art and music also adds to the ambience.Welcome to India in Corvallis and Eugene.

Our Menu and Lunch Buffet - Daily 11:30-2:30

Experience gourmet, freshly cooked Indian cuisine including entrees with sauces, desserts, and soups for only $8.95 . Of course, you may also order from our regular menu, call in for take out, or have a lunchbox buffet for $6.95. For dinner we have over 30 entrees. 5-9:30pm
